Visual style for the Philly 3 Suite
Wow where do I begin?! The Philly 3 VS was started in Nov or Dec of ‘06
using Philly 2 as a base, I played around with the colors of the old theme and decided to go with philly blue instead of using the grey.
It was finalized in January of ‘07 but was not released until now. It’s been in constant use on my desktop for over a year and has my seal of approval in terms of it being a long term use type of skin. Try it and see if you share the same sentiment.

This my first ever set. It took a while for me to understand a few basics of Icon design but I think these came out pretty decent, what do you think?
This set only includes 32 x 32 & 16 x 16 icons.

Initially this was going to be a small quick update to my elfin vs and was never going to be a suite but here it is as part of the mini suite Elfin2. I tinkered with it for a while, turning it into a darker theme, added some stylish but low profile buttons and polished a few areas. All in all it’s a late night, long term use type of skin that grows on you like spiderman’s new suit.
